A Prominent Global Consultancy Group, with headquarters in Central London, is seeking a Management Consultant in Business Transformation and Restructuring, to join their growing corporate advisory department. The Corporate Restructuring Management Consultant can work remotely or from the Central London office. Post lockdown, it is expected that the Management Consultant will spend some time on client sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a business restructuring consultant and experienced project manager, who is keen to further deepen their relationships with clients and hone their corporate commercial acumen.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the department Manager, the successful Corporate Restructuring Management Consultant will be part of a small team, advising and acting for a wide range of commercial entities, including highly regulated companies within the TMT, Life Sciences and Oil & Gas sectors.
You will advise clients on business strategy and operations, specifically in relation to business restructuring, business transformation, change management and reorganisation. The position includes a combination of project management (in large part) and some business development. Ideally, you will have a background in consulting and are able to set up projects and consult at board level.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as a Project Leader
- Project management and analysis – setting up and running projects
- Conducting RAID analysis and heat mapping trends
- Risk Management
- C-Level Stakeholder management
- Regular liaison with Finance, Legal and Regulatory departments
Candidate requirements
- A strong understanding of working in a consulting environment, which involves business analysis and reporting
- Solid experience within Corporate Restructuring or Business Transformation
- Keen eye for stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Ideally have experience working within a regulated environment
- Background in corporate law is useful
- You will be an agile (think on your feet and flexible around client priorities), hands-on professional with a strong sense of initiative, pro-activity and investigative mind-set
