Permanent opportunity for an experienced Backend Python Developer to join an already successful and growing start-up Community and Sports E-commerce business. Featured by the BBC, The Independent, Guardian and Forbes, this growing London headquartered business is taking on a global outlook and seeking a Backend Python Developer to help them further enhance and develop the customer experience.
The founders recognise that the Tech team is at the heart of the success of the business, driving E-commerce, marketing and enhancing interactive features for customers.
With many plans in the pipeline, the company is seeking an experience Backend Python Developer who can:
- Lead the way on all Back End Python aspects;
- build Python apps,
- containerise, deploy and maintain code
- structure projects and architecting the stack
- Build internal operational apps in Python, working on Back End integrations with Salesforce and other stock//order//asset management systems
- Liaise closely with Front End developers
- Set-up and be responsible for CI//CD workflows
- Estimating and prioritising features for company roadmap
Technical Expertise needed:
- Very experienced working with Python
- Deploying Python apps including CI//CD
- Kubernetes, Airflow //similar
- Front End technologies such as JS//React//Angular//CSS//HTML etc
- Working with AWS//Vercel//Shopify//other Servers and platforms
- Experience building web applications //software Experience building RESTful //GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- End-to-end and automated testing
