Programme Manager – Strategy & Business Transformation

A Prominent Global Consultancy Group, with headquarters in Central London, is seeking a Programme Manager in Business Transformation and Strategy to join their growing Legal Entity Rationalisation team within the corporate advisory department. The Programme Manager can work remotely or from the Central London office. This is a permanent position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-senior level programme manager who enjoys coordinating and managing projects, as well as undertaking technical analysis with business restructuring and strategy projects, with specific interest in the FMCG, Retail, Technology and Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the department Director, the successful Programme Manager will be part of a small team, advising and acting for a wide range for a wide range of sector entities.
You will advise clients on business strategy and operations, specifically in relation to business restructuring, business transformation, change management, legal entity rationalisation and reorganisation. The position includes a combination of programme management (in large part) and technical advisory in relation to business finance, legal and tax. Ideally, you will have a background in consulting and are able to set up projects and consult at board level.

Candidate requirements
- Prior experience within the Retail/FMCG/Life Sciences/Technology
- A strong understanding of working in a consulting environment, which involves finance/legal/ tax business analysis and reporting
- Experience within Corporate Restructuring and Corporate Finance
- Keen eye for stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Ideally have experience working within a regulated environment
- You will be an agile (think on your feet and flexible around client priorities), hands-on professional with a strong sense of initiative, pro-activity and investigative mind-set
