Natalie founded and launched TAP Search in 2014.
Having worked for two global search firms and one large national consultancy, Natalie has fine-tuned her expertise within interim, contract and permanent recruitment. She has experience of recruiting Legal & IT professionals across a range of entities, including in-house, private practice and the public sector.
Natalie values the importance of developing long-term relationships in order to provide an effective and bespoke service, which meets both individual and business needs. Known for managing expectations through providing a professional, honest and straightforward approach, she has built relationships with talented individuals and leading organisations across the UK and Europe.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling (Southern Africa, Asia and Europe), experimental cooking and performance art.
Ana Piferrer
Recruitment Consultant
Ana joined TAP Search as a Consultant in May 2018 and is responsible for recruiting qualified lawyers into contract and permanent roles in-house in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining, Ana spent 15 years in roles within Marketing, Insight Analysis, Project and Event Management, and Manufacturing. Her industry experience has included FMCG organisations, Property Developers, and large Airport Operators, all of which have given her inside knowledge of diverse sectors. This has enriched her ability to translate a clear empathy towards clients and candidates, striving always to be the bridge between both.
Originally from Spain, Ana loves colour and in her spare time enjoys singing. Her ideal holiday would involve a world-wide tour of whisky distilleries with a detour in New Orleans for Tales of the Cocktail. She is actively involved with various charities and is passionate about young people’s physical and mental well-being.
Clare Herbert
Senior Researcher
Clare leads the legal research function of TAP Search.
Her key role involves analysing in-house and private practice market trends, producing updates, candidate profiling and conducting our annual salary survey.
Prior to joining us, Clare specialised in scientific and ecological research. She enjoys travelling and volunteering at her local conservation centre.
