The role has been designed to provide legal support and management of the company’s international legal teams, especially in relation to Corporate and Procurement matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class organisation and leader in it’s field.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel and Board of Directors, you will be responsible for advising the business on corporate governance, compliance, data protection and anti-corruption measures; as well as reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex international distribution agreements (USA and Europe). You will also be expected to negotiate retail and corporate lease agreements, manage lease amendments and liaise with landlords on tenancy issues. Some experience of dealing with HR legal requirements such as employment contracts and Employee Relations is desirable, but not essential.
